Data Deletion Instructions

Serenidesk LLC does not store your Instagram content on its servers. Your access token lives only in an encrypted cookie in your browser. To remove all access and data:

1. Open serenidesk-ai.com and click Disconnect. This deletes the session cookie.
2. In Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions (Apps and websites), find Serenidesk, and click Remove. This revokes the token and triggers an automatic deletion request to us.
3. To confirm deletion of anything else we may hold (for example, reports we prepared for you), email halomari@serenidesk-ai.com with the subject "Data deletion" and your Instagram username. We complete requests within 30 days and reply to confirm.
